Shop Policies

Orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Processing time does not include shipping. Updates will be sent to the email on file.

Local Pickup (East Texas)

Porch pickup is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Pickup instructions are sent by email. Please collect only your order and re-secure the lock.

Shipping

All orders ship via USPS. KANA Kreations is not responsible for USPS delays. Orders returned for incorrect addresses require reshipment fees.

Refund & Returns

All sales are final. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
